Motive
Obama during his acceptance speech in Denver told the audience that McCain was out of touch, because he allegedly called people "whiners". However, during the primaries Obama himself said that people in Pennsylvania are bitter and they cling to guns in desperation. The remarks that were widely criticized by some democrats, including Hillary Clinton.

Dear Barack Obama, during your acceptance speech in Denver you told the audience that McCain was out of touch, because he allegedly called people "whiners". However, during the primaries you've said that people in Pennsylvania are bitter and they cling to guns in desperation. Your remarks were widely criticized by some democrats, including Hillary Clinton. I found your remarks highly hypocritical. Just a low blow, a cheap shot which only mattered to the blinded DNC audience.
